Browsing and the replacement guide
This website does not request patient names, dates of birth, scans, shipping addresses or card details. The replacement guide uses only the choices you make on that page. Those choices are not submitted or saved by the guide, and disappear when the page is closed.
Office portal
The Office portal button opens the existing Fit It My Way partner portal, which has its own sign-in and office access controls. Your portal records are not loaded by this public website.
Contacting us
Email links open your email application; they do not send a message automatically. Use email for general questions. Keep patient-specific information in the signed-in case conversation with your prescribing office.
Technical services
The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP address and access logs. There are no advertising trackers or external analytics added to this website. Any separate service handling patient records needs its own appropriate notices, agreements and access and retention arrangements. This public information page does not establish that another service meets those requirements.
Office-led replacement help
Patients should contact their prescribing office for replacement requests. The office and lab confirm work authorization, appropriate records and return arrangements. The guide on this website does not authorize treatment or create a lab order.
